Health and Welfare Program

Budget: Rs 5,44,500

The ‘Health & Welfare Program’ by the Dr O P Bhalla Foundation addresses the healthcare challenges faced by underprivileged individuals in India. The initiative provides free health services, including dental checkups, physiotherapy, nutrition and dietetics consultations, and mental health checkups. Collaborating with various stakeholders, the project sets up health camps in different localities, benefiting over 18,000 individuals to date. The program aims to spread health awareness and make a positive impact on people’s lives. Support can be extended through monetary donations for medical equipment and medicines, as well as volunteer participation in organizing and assisting during health camps. The budget for 15 camps in the series during the months of March to May is outlined as Rs. 5,44,500, covering transportation, setup, marketing, medical equipment, refreshments, and contingency expenses.
