This project proposes to address musculoskeletal issues in computer professionals through tailored exercise programs, focusing on yoga, aerobic, and resistance exercises. The research aims to evaluate the impact on musculoskeletal complaints, hemodynamic health, sleep quality, and overall quality of life. The objectives include assessing work environments, creating guidelines, promoting exercises, and collaborating with experts. The 18-month project with a budget of 3.5 lakhs envisions benefits such as workplace health promotion, healthcare cost reduction, public health awareness, policy influence, personalized exercise programs, enhanced productivity, support for local industries, academic contributions, community engagement, and long-term health benefits.
