This project focuses on boosting nutritional literacy among rural populations to address malnourishment through digital technologies. The initiative aims to establish a high-tech studio for producing nutritional extension videos, coupled with online dietary counseling and a mobile nutritional assessment laboratory. The objectives include creating culture-specific nutritional content, performing nutritional assessments, and disseminating the content by integrating assessment data. The budget for this two-year project is Rs 3,000,000, covering equipment for the studio and the mobile laboratory. The community stands to benefit from improved access to nutrition assessment, culturally tailored information, personalized interventions, and increased awareness.
